Diverter Valves

Description

The purpose of the diverter valve is to discharge product into more than one discharge points located afar from one another.

The diverter valves can be designed to divert extremely abrasive, hot, very fine as well as coarse materials.

Types of actuation

Pneumatically and electrical motor actuated

Design Features

- The wear protected shut off disk is spring loaded to ensure an optimum sealing surface

- The primary seal plate is wear protected and ground to a very smooth finish ensuring smooth and even operation at all times

- Inspection covers allow easy visual inspection of all the wear and tear parts of the valve

- Ceramic lined outlet spouts can withstand extreme wear

Specifications

- Main valve body: 6mm thick SANS 50025 Grade S 275 JR or Stainless Steel

- Primary seal: 10mm thick VRN 400 hard wearing plate or Stainless Steel

- Shut off disk: 20mm thick VRN 400 hard wearing plate or Stainless Steel

Sizes

- Valves are purpose made in a number of standard sizes to fit plant requirements ranging from 100 NB to 450 NB in diameter

- Drilling arrangement to suit plant interface

Operating & Maintenance

- The valves are Operator and Maintenance friendly
