PPC Hercules fly ash transport system
The scope included a pneumatic truck offloading system for 4 fly ash tankers into an existing silo. A double pressure vessel, dense-phase, pneumatic conveying system then conveyed the ash to one of four existing receiving silos. Approx 120t/h conveying capacity with a conveying distance of approx. 250m.
Turnkey project management, design and design management, and construction contractor. This included the project management, design and design management, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the mechanical, structural, electrical, C&I and civil engineering works for the described scope.
