RULA design, manufacture and supply air heaters for a wide range of applications
Description
The purpose of the inline air heater in a bulk handling system is to heat the aeration air to a set temperature close to the product’s temperature thus eliminating air condensation and improving the permeability and flow ability of the product in an aeroslide system. The air heater consist of an incoming expansion chamber, a heat element chamber as well as a discharge chamber. Typical Applications - Gravity feed with aeration - ESP and Dust Handling Plant discharge system - Silo distribution and silo discharge system - Powdered Material Bin Discharge systems Types Manufactured RULA manufactures a wide range of inline air heaters to suit the needs of the conveying system Design Features - The heat range is controlled at a set range (up to temperatures of 120°C) - The air heater and discharge piping is thermo cladded for heat detainment. - The temperature range can be controlled either remotely or through local control. - The temperature range control can be optimised through the switching of individual heater banks - The supply of 3 phase power to the heater elements can either be trough locally mounted switchgear or remote mounted switchgear Material specifications - Bodies: 6mm thick SANS 50025 Grade S 355 JR - Flanges: SANS 50025 Grade S 355 JR - Air inlets: SANS 62 Pipes and fittings - Heater elements: 3 000 watt, 400V - 3 Phase power supply and varies as per requirement - OR as per client requirements and specifications. Sizes Air heaters are purpose made in any size and shape to fit plant requirements Operating & Maintenance - The air heater system is Operator and Maintenance friendly - A complete Operating & Maintenance manual is available
