RULA design, manufacture and supply wear protection for conveying piping for a wide range of Bulk Material handling applications
Description
RULA utilise a range of wear resistant products which are used for wear protection of plant equipment and applications. The aim is to reduce the cost of wear and increase the life of plant equipment. Wear protection can be reduced in the conveying equipment of fly ash, coarse ash (bottom ash from the boiler), wet ash, lime and cement. The wear protection products can be applied to other applications such as discharge chutes of abrasive bulk materials. Wear resistant equipment: RULA have developed: - Wear resistant channel backs for long radius bends - Wear resistant ceramic cylindrical inserts for long radius lobster bends - Wear resistant ceramic cylindrical inserts for conveying pipe Y-pieces and diverter pots - Wear resistant ceramic tiles, glass tiles and UHMWPE sheeting for discharge chutes - Thick wear resistant sleeves added to piping - Surface hardening of wear areas in various valves and equipment - Wear resistant tungsten carbide coating, hard face welding & hard chroming for valves and other components - Wear resistant inner liners for compensators Design Features Efficient system of extending the life of pipes, valves and equipment. Material of construction specifications - Body: SANS 50025 Grade S 355 JR - Internals: Stainless steel Grade 304s - OR as per client requirements and specifications. Sizes - Wear resistant liners are purpose made in any size and shape to fit plant requirements - Drilling arrangement to suit plant interface piping Operating & Maintenance - The wear resistant equipment are Operator and Maintenance friendly - A complete Operating & Maintenance manual is available
