RULA’s Reverse Pulse (RP) fabric filters efficiently capture dust particles and release clean air for environmental control.
Designed for installation as a single, cohesive assembly comprising both the robust bag-house and the clean air plenum.
Access via a top-mounted lid allows for efficient installation and replacement of filter bags and supporting cages.
The pulse cleaning system and clean air outlet are generaly mounted on the side of the filter.
Solid particles are collected on the outer bag surface and only filtered, cleaned air discharge through the collector outlet.
In operation, the product stream enters through the lower chamber inlet and flows upward around the filtration bags. Solid particles are captured on the outer fabric surfaces, creating an effective primary barrier.
The cleaned air passes through the fabric into the clean air side, where it is discharged through the collector outlet, conveyed by the fan, and released safely to the atmosphere.
