Engineered Powder Transport

RULA’s airlift system provides a high-efficiency solution for vertical material movement, utilizing the precise balance between static head pressure and solid-air mixture dynamics.

Pressure Balancing

Operation is based on the critical balance between the static head of material in the casing and the solids–air mixture in the pipeline.

Conical Geometry

The vessel’s conical lower section is engineered to direct material precisely into the air stream generated by the system nozzle.

Pneumatic Entrainment

Integrated nozzles create a high-velocity air stream that entrains and transports powder directly through the conveying pipeline.

Continuous Flow

Designed for seamless vertical transport, ensuring a consistent and reliable material flow from the transmitter to the expansion receiver.

Airlift System
// Technical Principle

Static Head Elevation

The system utilizes the static head of the material within the elevator casing (transmitter) as the primary force. When combined with the conical design of the vessel's lower section, powders are forced into the nozzle-generated air stream.

This air stream carries the material efficiently through the conveying pipeline to the expansion separator (receiver), where the solids are separated for plant integration.
