RULA offers bursaries and in-service training for students busy studying towards an engineering or technical career. All bursaries are granted strictly on merit and are reviewed after each examination based on the student's academic performance.
This structured support ensures that students are not only funded but are monitored and encouraged to maintain the high standards required for a successful career in industrial materials handling.
Applicant must be a South African citizen.
Possession of a Grade 12 exemption certificate with Mathematics and Science.
Studying towards a relevant engineering or technical qualification at a recognized SA University.
Maintenance of a minimum 60% aggregate and provision of current results.
After graduation, the student will be required to work one year for every year of studies paid for by RULA. Note: In-Service training periods are excluded from this period.
Our bursary agreements are binding contracts of mutual commitment. RULA invests in your future, and in return, we expect rigorous adherence to academic and behavioral standards.
If the student fails to comply with the requirements of the bursary agreement, the bursary becomes payable in terms of the agreement.
