The RULA 19t Puller / Winch is a diesel-hydraulic twin-capstan machine rated to 190 kN pulling force, used for cable stringing, cable reel winding/unwinding, aerial ropeways, power lines and winching. A single hydraulic motor drives both capstans via a single reduction gear drive, with an automatic safety brake for over-speed and over-tension protection.
