The RULA 19t Tensioner is a twin-capstan hydraulic tensioning machine rated to 190 kN pulling force, used for cable stringing, aerial ropeways and power line installation. PLC control with HMI supervision provides adjustable overload and over-speed protection, and each capstan has its own automatically activated safety brake.
