Engineered for reliable mechanical transport.
RULA’s bucket elevators are engineered for the reliable vertical transportation of both fine materials (e.g., fly ash) and coarse materials (e.g., coal). Material enters the boot of the elevator through an integrated, application-specific inlet chute, which is custom designed to optimize feed rate and flow. Correct chute design ensures effective and efficient material handling at the point of entry. Buckets are securely attached to the belt with specialized elevator bolts featuring flat head designs to minimize interference with pulleys. The mechanical belt splice aligns splicing bolts axially with the belt, forming a durable and flexible coupling that maintains belt integrity under varying operational conditions.
