RULA Bulk Materials Handling’s crawl mounted spreader is engineered for efficient distribution of bulk materials—such as overburden, coal, or tailings—in mining and large-scale earthmoving operations. This mobile system excels in creating uniform stockpiles or filling designated areas, enhancing site management and operational productivity. The crawler-mounted spreader features a sturdy steel framework on tracked undercarriages, with a discharge boom (30–70 m) delivering material via an integrated conveyor system at adjustable rates from 1,000 to 4,000 t/h. Hydraulic luffing and slewing ensure precise placement and even distribution. Powered by diesel or electric drives, it operates continuously on uneven terrain and slopes up to 15°. Dust suppression (water sprays), PLC automation, and robust components—such as wear-resistant liners—support durability, reduced environmental impact, and consistent performance. Safety features include remote operation and emergency stop circuits. RULA’s spreaders integrate seamlessly with upstream conveyors or mobile hoppers, providing high-capacity, flexible stockpile management in demanding industrial settings.
